Why International Management M.A.>

Many graduates with a Bachelor degree decide to go on to take a Masters degree to improve their chances of getting the job they dream of.

A Masters degree does indeed have a positive effect on career opportunities. By doing a Masters you further your specialist knowledge and gain practical experience, which will help you as your career progresses. You will acquire expert knowledge, methodological and personal skills which will give you even more advantages vis-à-vis a future employer.

The Masters in International Management is specifically designed for graduates with a Bachelor degree who want to use their business knowledge to develop their profile as a manager with leadership skills.

Our management course with modules such as Personal Skills, Leadership Skills and Research Skills sets a clear focus on personal development, which prepares you in the best possible way for senior management positions.

When you choose the International Management course you are opting for a practical course of studies that offers you, by means of a Business Summer School, work placements, field trips and research projects, many exclusive opportunities to gain practical experience and to exchange ideas face-to-face with potential employers.

Course content>

The International Management course is divided into three components. The first component comprises core modules, which are compulsory for all students. Here you will take an in-depth approach to Corporate Management from a strategic, ethical and legal point of view, to Business Management from an administrative and procedural point of view and to Business from the viewpoint of marketing managers and sales managers.

In the second component you choose your specialist topic, either Corporate Development or Entrepreneurship, in which you will learn about various functions in HR or Corporate Management. You do this at the start of your course.

The third component focuses on skills development; you will learn important personal skills for a global career in management.

At the centre of the Masters course is the development of your leadership skills. There will be an assessment of your leadership skills at the beginning and at the end of the course.
